The product is great. The quality is good. The only issue is the over-simplified instruction for installation. It comes with screws for installing on concrete wall I think. I ended up getting other types of anchors and screws for my installation on dry-wall plus a piece of plywood for support. It is not an issue for me as I am using it in the garage instead of at a shower area. I am very satisfy with the purchase, particularly when I bought it on sale at an excellent price.
