Received this chair for our oldest son. He had been asking for one of these for the longest. The box it was shipped in came in terrible shape. It was all neat up and re taped so we had no clue what we were actually going to get. To our surprise the chair was perfect. No damage to it at all. The chair is pretty solid and the material seems like it’s quality. The colors are awesome and look great. My son loves it. He enjoys the massager which is really more of a vibrating mechanism and not one that kneads. This is ok though because he is young. The chair has nice features and my son was quite comfortable leaning back in it and putting his feet up on the footrest. He had been complaining that his neck and back were Hurting from straining to watch his video games so now he is so much happier
with this chair and a lot more comfortable. He hasn’t had this chair for very long but so far it’s a

To whomever wanting to purchase this I would still recommend purchasing the extended warranty that’s offered. It’s costly but I think it’s better to have beyond the manufacturer warranty. You’ll have some peace of mind knowing your covered somewhat more than what’s ordinarily offered. After all they are kids and besides you never know how well these things will hold up. Hope this helps !

The first chair that was sent out didn’t have a seat or Instructions but when I called customer service they immediately sent out another chair. It was my son’s birthday gift and he loves it!!! Thanks Wayfair

the chair was great for the price. the foot rest is a little short for taller people but it’s functional. only issues is when adjusting the knob for the reclining it looses air so you have to be tightening every so often. but it’s comfy!

Chair arrived in a smashed box with numerous holes and put back together with packing tape. Unable to tell if anything is missing or damaged because it’s a Christmas gift. I’ll update my review after Xmas. I’m changing my stars from one star to 5 stars. All the parts were there and no damage to any parts. My nephew loves the chair. He even said it vibrates.
