These are very nice copper coated ceramic baking sheets. The instructions say to apply a small amount of butter or oil on them so I’m treating them similar to my cast iron skillet. They’re a little smaller than a standard baking sheet but the perfect size for pastry and cookies. They have a nice weight to them. Highly recommend for the price.

These are so nice ! Heavy and beautiful. Very easy to clean and that includes really burnt cheese on it .My only complaint would be that they are a lot smaller than what I had expected it to be . Not a huge deal tho because you could easily just use both at the same time .

Excellent cookie sheet. The cookie sheet which is true in color as it is in the pictures cooks very evenly. I recently made pan tomate and the baguette slices where cooked to absolute protection, love this pan.

Great cookie sheets! These sheets are made well and very durable. They are the perfect size for my oven. I can actually fit two side by side on the same rack! The only thing I would change is more color options.
