Rain barrel is exactly as shown on site.Section where downspout lines up with barrel is small compared to other barrels so we made our own downspout adapter to fit the end of the downspout and line up with the barrel opening. Nice looking barrel we are using at the front of our house.

Arrived Wednesday, installed the next day. Very sturdy, easy to assemble.Rained 3 inches the frist night.Barrel filled up just as expected, drained out easy via the spigot.I love this barrel so much we are ordering another one in a different color.I would defiantly recommend this barrel to divert water from your house.

I’ve had this quite awhile now. It is what I needed for my side yard that flooded during extensive downpours and hurricanes. The downspout goes right into the top back and I can leave the faucet open to let water drizzle out, or empty it by hose. One important aspect is to have it mounted high. I have big pavers stacked under it, or water will not flow out when using a hose.

This Rain barrel has worked great and looks great to boot. Can’t wait until summer to put it to work watering our garden. My wife said they are greatbecause you can warm the water before using in the garden.

Big. Really big. Holds a LOT of water. I think the design is very attractive and best function achieved with a stand.

I got this as my Mother’s Day gift in the terra cotta color and I love it! I absolutely love using free water to water my container garden! We elevated it on decorative pavers to allow for a watering can to fit underneath. Our placement is not against the house, but below an overhanging gutter and we easily connected a downspout. The back is flat, but we have this part facing away from our deck, where we sit. There are two small drain holes in the upper wall of the planter portion on the top. I was concerned about drainage for the succulents I planted, so we drilled a small hole in the center. I don’t know if this was a good idea or not, because now the water level will only go to that hole and may leak into my plants during a heavy rain. I put a layer of pebbles, then dirt before planting the succulents. The entire barrel was filled with one hard rain! The faucet at the bottom is quite tight and doesn’t leak. I would highly recommend this rain barrel.

I spent a long time comparing products before choosing this one. I love it, itholds 15 extra gallons compared to others in it’s price range, the ability to use the top as a planter, and most importantly, the brass spigot (others were plastic)

These were a great purchase for my home. I bought one for each of the main downspouts on my gutters. I water my flowers and herb garden and leave a small drip onto a saucer for my chickens. Size is perfect. I’ve got three up on paver stones so I can pour directly into watering cans and have two with short hoses for use in my garden.
