I ordered this spa Oct-27th and received it 14 days later from the best delivery crew I could have possibly hoped for.I was shocked and so pleased to be able to pull the trigger on purchasing a new spa (I spent weeks on weeks learning and reviewing hot tubs online as well as in person in the showroom) and receive the spa so fast! The delivery team called me when it reached the nearest large city (Eugene) and set everything up with me personally allowing me to pick a date that worked with my schedule.When the two drivers got here I had them pull to the side of my house somewhat near a narrow gate (40inches) into my tiny backyard space.The driver jumped out of the truck smiled and said “Where do you want it?” They moved it no questions asked into my backyard unwrapped it for me and placed it on my slab then rotated it so I would be happy with its placement, they also took the garbage with them when they left! Needless to say they both got a HUGE tip from me (I had hot tub buyers anxiety about it being curbside or front door delivery and was having a hard time rallying anyone in town to take the job of moving it). The acrylic is beautiful and I am so happy to own a Wellis spa (Bueno) as I have seen some in showrooms that were $13k+, this hot tub seems to be the exact quality of the showroom versions but time will tell.Filling it up in a few days and will update if any leaks.I have to emphasize I am SHOCKED that it only took two weeks to arriving from purchase to delivery…. My family and I are VERY pleased.

Like some of the other reviewers for this spa I was concerned ordering something like this sight unseen. It seemed to have all the features we were looking for. The reviews done by others about the spa helped. I saw that the spa was made in Europe by Wellis so I checked them out and they had pretty good reviews so I took a chance and ordered it. It was a great decision. Wayfair kept me updated throughout the process. They alerted me in advance that the spa was going to arrive a day later than initially scheduled which let me adjust my plans. I had read that the delivery service would only deliver the spa to the drive way. When it arrived the guys could not have been nicer they rolled it into my garage without me even having to ask them to. The spa is great and everything is as advertised. One nice surprise was that the spa has a fountain. Its description on the Wayfair site didn’t mention that it came with that. We’ve used the spa every night since we set it up and loving it.

This review is for the Jersey hot tub by BuenoSpa.
This is our first hot tub.Wayfair made it easy.The delivery was delayed a week but Wayfair stayed in communication with us. BuenoSpa is actually Wellis, which is a European hot tub maker.I was a little skeptical about ordering because of no reviews, but everything turned out great.This is 240v and needs a 50 amp breaker. We had an electrician install the breaker and wiring to a cutoff switch while waiting on the tub. He wired up the tub from cutoff to tub when it came in.The wires and conduit goes in to the right side.Front would be control pad.Right side determined by looking at front from outside of tub.Pump is on left side.Keep in mind while positioning tub as front and left side needs to be accessible.The electrician had a little trouble getting the wires screwed into mounting terminals as the mounting block is offset from conduit
opening in control box.I recommend getting water tested at a local pool place if this is your first hot tub.They will tell you the chemicals you
need. The manual that came with tub does not cover the BuenoSpa models, just Wellis models, but the correct manual can be downloaded on
BuenoSpa.com.Replacement filters can be ordered from there as well.We found hot tub movers to move the tub in place for around 250 as Wayfair only pays to deliver to your driveway.I had to fill
the tub a couple inches above recommended fill line to keep from surging while pump was on high if not sitting in it.The pump gets most of its water from the filter area and that is slightly above fill
line so it was sucking in air.That is also how I tell if water is getting low.I rated 5 stars because it looks great and works good and considering only
cost
5000.I have no other experience to compare
to.

This is our first hot tub purchase and it was quite a learning process.
This model had the right mix of features for us but we were worried about the lack of reviews and information about BuenoSpa. It turns out the tub is made in Europe by a well-known hot tub and spa manufacturer.
The order was delayed but Wayfair communicated well with us all the way to the delivery day. The delivery process was smooth with exception of a dent in the hot tub that was likely caused by a forklift – unfortunately this caused us to change the orientation of the tub but Wayfair worked with us and made things right. We hired a separate hot tub mover to place it in location and an electrician to connect it. Instructions are very confusing and could be definitely improved. So far we are really enjoying it!

I replaced an old Hotsprings spa with this more affordable brand. This spa has wonderful features, and it’s very sturdy. I am so glad that I made this purchase.

Absolutely LOVE it! Quality, colors and size are all better than I expected! We already had a 220 plug wired for it, but we did have a friend who is an electrician add the GFCI plug for us. Easy to move (wasn’t too heavy) for myself, my husband and a few friends. Company dropped it off within a few feet of where we were placing it so all we had to do was lay it down and slide it where it needed to be. Granted, they do need concrete or a driveway access (which we had) that made delivery so much easier. Install and fill up time took less than 2 hours total. SO excited to use it at our new home and pleased with our purchase. 5 stars!

1010 best purchase I’ve ever made. Hired some HS kids to put it in place after delivery left it as far as they could in my backyard. Delivery team were amazing. Went above and beyond for me. Delivery was delayed by a few days, no big deal. This hot tub is exactly as the video describes it. Instruction for the filter placement could be a little better but we figured it out. We had the connector box already set from previous hot tub so it was super easy for us to set up. I was skeptical about buying a hot tub online, but this would easily rival the 10K ones we looked at in store.

Delivery was somewhat delayed , but learned it was because of an equipment problem. Once at house item was removed and moved to the back of house exactly where I had requested. Spa had to be lifted up onto a deck and because of material under the spa it was very easy to slid the spa across the deck into place. The spa has worked very well and so far we’re very happy we purchased the hot tub. The price was very good and everywhere else we had looked the prices were easily in the 8 and 9 thousand dollar range.

Great quality and easy to run once you find an electrician to run the proper wire and install. The Bueno Spa brand seems to be very reputable and the quality of material seems to be at a top caliber. Would highly recommend this hot tub. The only issues I’ve had is figuring out how to get full power jets on both sides of the tub at the same time, but I might just need maintenance on it by a local rep to tighten valves pumps. All in all, a great purchase!
