Breakwater Bay Mesa 2 Piece Storage Trunk Set is a charming set of storage trunks with a large and small version of a Mesa footed storage trunk. This charming wooden storage chest has metal hinge accents, a metal cross latch, and small ring handles on the sides. Each wood chest has 4 large and sturdy feet to raise the chest slightly off the groundâ€â€making them ideal for carpeting or storage on concrete or wood floors. The large trunk has a reddish paint finish. The smaller trunk has a gray-blue painted finish. Both trunks have a weathered and antiqued look. Their flat, hinged lids slightly overhang the trunk itself, creating a lip for the lid. The lid clicks as it opens. The clicks indicate at which positions the lid will stay open without being held. These charming trunks are perfect in bedrooms for blankets, toys, and other treasures. Keep them in the living room or den for a hideaway for books, crafts, and gaming equipment! Use the smaller trunk to store miscellaneous electronics (cables, cords etc) and the larger one holds two throws that the family doesn’t use in the warm weather and some extra candles with some room to spare.
