This product features an innovative dual-ended design that can score the surface of bread dough with a straight or curved blade end. Scoring bread before it’s baked ensures it rises properly and can be done in a pattern to create beautiful, unique designs and dramatic ears! Each lame set includes a curved blade head, a straight blade head, a safety cap, and 10 spare stainless-steel razor blades. The corners of the razor blades are numbered 1 – 4 to easily keep track of dulled edges.

Love! So much easier to score bread than an exacto knife. Instructions could be better though, if you buy this, you slide the ends off, don’t try to pull them, not clear on package insert.
