5” H Glass Bowl Ceiling Fan Fitter Shade

I was looking for a new shade to replace the ugly fishbowl type one on my ceiling fan. I had a hard time finding ones that fit the existing fitter (note to Wayfair would be great to be able to filter by that). Some shades didn’t have a fitter size listed at all. This was the first one I found after a long search and I liked it so I ordered it and it’s perfect. I got the matte white, which is a true white. I guess the photo looks peachy because it’s showing how it would look with the light on. Mine doesn’t look at all like that. It’s just more like an illuminated white. It’s a nice, sleek, and more modern look. The only thing that’s going to take some getting used to is that the majority of the light now comes out the bottom of the fixture, sort of like a recessed light, than all around like the old one did. Not a bad thing, just different. Overall highly recommend.
