Incredible easy grill to use. It is so sturdy, very well made with steel legs. It is so easy and convenient to take top grill off and go. Works amazing on outside tabletop or ground for camping or tailgating.Plus it’s super easy to use at home on its stand, cooks everything. Cooks evenly and heat is distributed over top.

My very deserving boyfriend has had his eye on a flat top grill so I decided to take advantage of the 4th of July sale and bought this for his birthday for a steal of a deal! Shipping was super fast but fed ex delivery it to the wrong address. After tracking it down myself we got the grill home and put it together in about 30 minutes. Absolutely love how blackstone packages and labels the screws and nuts! It makes assembling that much easier! So
Far we have cooked several meals on it and he loves it! Definitely a selfish gift as I love to eat!

Put to bed after breakfast this morning. Waiting on hard cover to get here. Got it Friday. Unboxed and treated on Saturday, cooked pork chops and fresh vegetable medley for dinner. OMG!This is a phenomenal new toy for our outdoor kitchen area. Both dinner and breakfast were “slurpdiddlyscrumptious”. Headed out to get chicken thighs shortly.Doing teriyaki chicken and fried rice tonight. Whew…need to start a diary! Y’all get’cha one!

Although I haven’t cooked on it yet, I’m excited to get started! I ordered this during the Memorial Day sale and it came within days. The directions say that two people are recommended to lift the cooktop and assemble the grill, but I did it within an hour by myself, it was so easy. I was surprised how much shorter this griddle is, compared to my gas grill (see pictures), but it doesn’t matter. The important aspect is the griddle surface, which is plenty big at 28 inches. Unfortunately, although the box and the listing information on Wayfair both state that a fabric cover is included, there was NO COVER inside the box. Wayfair was very accommodating and provided me with a partial refund for the omission, so I am very satisfied. I ordered a hard metal cover from another company to cover the cooktop and will get a fabric cover to put over the entire unit. I’ve never seasoned cast iron before, but there are plenty of resources online and there is a QR code on the box with helpful information. If you’re unfamiliar with cooking with cast iron, LOOK AT VIDEOS REGARDING SEASONING THE GRIDDLE TOP BEFORE STARTING! I bought this primarily because although I love grilling outside on our gas grill, I hate cleaning the greasy aftermath. Also, this will allow me to cook shrimp and chopped veggies easily, which I believe will help me to eat healthier meals (that is the plan). I’m about to research recipe ideas online so I can get started today!
