It rarely happens that I actually gasp upon opening a box however in this case, I was absolutely stunned by how beautiful these dishes are – I unpacked all 3 boxes to be sure there was no breakage even though we won’t be using them until our new house is completed. Before re packing the third box, I set the table with one set to show my husband when he came home. He was amazed and asked how much I had paid – he was taken aback when I told him – he was so pleased that I was able to buy such an expensive looking set for 12 at such a low cost! We both agreed they appear to be high quality stoneware that we’e likely to enjoy for many years to come!

This is the perfect set of dishes for you as long as you understand that there are variations. I also have not had an issue with the dishes becoming too hot in the microwave as another reviewer wrote.
