Love the chair! I was a little disappointed that it came missing pieces, so I couldn’t put it together immediately. The bigger disappointment was that I had to complete a request for parts twice, on two different forms. The bright side was the parts got here in less time than was originally stated (two weeks to get some washers!); it took about a week. Now that it’s put together, I love it. And it was very easy to assemble.
