Bayou Classic® KDS-982 – Stainless Boil & Steam Kit

Enjoy the heart and soul of cajun country with a Bayou Classic® boiler kit. This 82 quart stainless boiler, similar to our KDS-182, except this kit has a perforated basket with feet that allows it to stand on the pots bottom. It is designed for large batch outdoor cooking adventures in your backyard. The high-pressure jet cooker speeds initial heat-up time, plus speeds boil recovery after food basket is lowered into the pot. Feed the crowd with boiled crawfish, seafood, peanuts, corn, and low country boil.
