12″ x 12″ Gel Peel & Stick Mosaic Tile

Pictures are of kitchen before, kitchen after first backsplash that I hated, and then what it looks like when I red it with these tiles. I originally order (and installed) this in the “brown” color that had larger tiles – it looked awful against my gray walls and light grayish cream cabinets. Since this stuff is so inexpensive and easy to install, I went and bought this colorstyle instead. SO GLAD I DID! Originally we were just going to have the backsplash on our long wall in the kitchen, but I’m about to buy more to do it under the rest of the cabinets. Pictures really don’t do it justice, I really love the gray stone and marble tiles, really stands out against the solid chocolate, coffee, and light cream tiles, and especially against the black brownish black with gold marble looking tiles. I used super glue as my adhesive since I was putting these on top of another peel and stick backsplash. I did the same for the first backsplash I installed, and had to sand down my painted wall first before applying anything the first go around. Since the tiles are thin, it makes it easy to measurecut for the remaining space under my top cabinets that the regular 12”x12” sheets were too short for, it was 4 tiles exactly. You have to puzzle together remaining pieces if the sq ft you received is close to the amount you need for the project, it’s doable, but I’d suggest making sure you have at least 2-3 sheets extra and to order accordingly so buy more if necessary.

Prior to a full kitchen renovation in a few years, we wanted to take our 1940s kitchen into some part of the 21st century. Our backsplash use to match our countertops, but now it looks like we’ve tiled half the room. These are super easy to work with and really make our space amazing!

Used as a backsplash for the utility sink in the laundry room.

I love this product and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to update their kitchen in a beautiful and inexpensive (and pretty easy to apply) way. I submitted this picture so you can see it was applied over an outdated tile backsplash. My extended family has seen it and loves it and one family member is going to order it to do her kitchen. I’m pleased with the fresh, updated look it provides.

So easy to use and looks fantastic.I didn’t have any mistakes and I still used almost a whole box more than I needed because you sometimes can’t fit the excess cut off somewhere else. I measured that I needed 12 feet and I used 17.
