.My box was in terrible shape upon delivery. I can only image how it was handled from various ✋. I forgot the weight and I tried to pickup and bring inside but was able to do so.This base has a long neck so make sure to pay attention. Having double screws to secure I think the umbrella with Cast Iron for surreally never blow away! If you’re looking for durability this would be your bad boy. No doubt . I was very pleased with this purchase. The sand bag was a bonus need to get the sand to put inside it for the weight.t is perfect because it is heavy,55lbs which two screws securely attach the umbrella pole, and there is a rubber-like fitting in the hole that seals out rainwater (no more rusty water pouring out at season’s end). The base is very flat so no toe stubbing, and if you want, an outdoor rug could easily be placed over it without looking sloppy. The thick flat base is much better than one of those concrete filled round bases on wheels. The flat base works better for under tables or just on the open. If you want to stop having your umbrellas blow in the pool or fall over and break, this is the one. My 11ft patio umbrella fits fine. The stand is very sturdy and looks good. It was easy to put together as well.

Pretty nice umbrella stand. It looks really nice and its really heavy so I dont seethe umbrella flying away at any point. Definitely worth the cost if you want a sturdystand. Its also a nice color
