I used this to put into the Antique Finish Birdbath by Pure Garden that I ordered also on Wayfair. It works great and there’s another small plastic piece you can add to make the water drip out from a higher level if you want. I didn’t use it because it was splashing the water outside of the fountain, but if you have a deeper fountain I can see it being useful. It only comes on when the sun directly hits it. So if it’s cloudy, overcast or dark it won’t come on. So far the pump works good and I like that I don’t need to plug it in and I don’t need any batteries since it’s solar powered.

Purchased the insert to help keep mosquitos at bay and let the birds enjoy the birdbath. The insert was very easy to put together. Works great in the sun. I do think the product header is a little misleading since when I first found the insert I was actually looking for a birdbath and at first look thought this product was a birdbath, overall I am happy, this is the first day I have used it so not sure how long it will last

Great item to put in a birdbath it’s so easy and looks great. You do need lots of sun though or it does not work so make sure you put it in a very sunny spot. I bought the birdbath from Wayfair too.
