This umbrella is very well made.It is easy to open, close, swivel, etc.However, remember that the base needs to be weighted.We were able to anchor it via heavy duty straps below our deck and that works fine.

I am just guessing that we will like our umbrella.It is still in the box in which it was delivered.The Handy Assembly will not occur until late July, when the repeatedly DELAYED furniture is expected to arrive.Very disappointed, especially since our furniture is now on sale for $400 less than we paid for it.We hung in there, despite the delays, and those who waited until now are being rewarded.
