The wooden rolling pin is long, thin and tapperd from the center to the ends, which is very comfortable to use. It is not easy to find this type of rolling pin at a readonable price. The pasta doe cutter had a safety sheaf on the round blade. The edges of the blade and crimp wheel are smooth and sharp for precision cutting. The pastry brush has a comfortable wooden handle and supple acrylic brush that is wonderful for brushing egg wash, oil or butter. This is a great set that will gets losts of use in my kitchen. Thanks Wayfair for another great find.
