I’m Italian so how could I live without this tool.Made a roast and used it for the first time, to slice garlic clove.Got 6 even slices.Faster than knife cutting.Then used to press garlic for gravy.Both were great and easy to use.Doesn’t take a lot of hand presser!! That’s an added plus for 65.
