I have used this pan several times and, as usual, All Clad quality does not disappoint. It heats evenly on my glasstop burner and the lid does not allow leakage from steam to drip onto the glasstop. I love the versatility of this pan.

I absolutely love this thing. Super high walls. It’s wok-esque, but not quite as bowl-y. I bought the set and the 12” pan isn’t quite big enough for me to make fried cabbage, mess free. A positive aside, the big pan in the set doesn’t come with a lid, but the lid for this guy fit it so double win.
