Okay, just to be clear, I did NOT purchase this sofa cover to use on my sofa/couch.We have a large chair and ottoman that is very oversized. It easily fits both me and my husband, side-by-side comfortably when we watch a movie, and inevitably spill our buttered popcorn. Thus the need for the cover. None of the prior covers I purchased (elsewhere) fit. Despite ALWAYS measuring my chair before purchase.This one however works great!It obviously has extra material, but due to the nice quality elastic that was used, I can just gather and tuck all the extra cover material and place it underneath the furniture.It fits well, stays tucked, even with two people moving around, and the grey lattice color works well with the dark grey ottoman cover, even though that is from a completely different manufacturer.This product is by Great Bay and the ottoman is by Subrtex. The soft “stretch velvet” material is very nice on bare skin.So in my opinion, this has earned the 5 stars I gave it.

I’ll be interested to see how well it holds up with a mini golden doodle and 11 year old on and off that sofa all day.So far I’ve not had to re-adjust or straighten or re-tuck it and it looks good.I am gonna look for a solid color as well as I love how easy it was to put on.I put it on right out of the package too, I thought I might need to wash it first but I saw no need.
