This product is so clever! We are very challenged for space at our shore home and this is the only solution that has worked for us. The bottom of the rectangular frame works as a support for the board when it is in the down position, so it is very secure.
The size is about 75 of a full size board, so there were no difficulties with ironing dresses or pants.
The only drawback is no one can open or close the door when the board is open the position, but that is the nature of the beast, given that it attaches to the door. I will update with a photo for size once I am back at the other house.
