This little paring knife is very cool.Super sharp.The handle is a marbled acrylic that is a nice look.I’ve cut cucumbers and various fruits and I’m impressed with how sharp it is.Lightweight.Handle is comfortable to hold.Hubby also likes it.Very happy with this knife.

It’s nice enough paring knife. Apparently there are several companies that make knives they call “Sabatier,” many in China. This is not a French Sabatier knife so my expectations for the long run aren’t terribly high. arrived nice and sharp, and the steel runs through the handle.
