It strikes a traditional silhouette with recessed square arms and a loose back set atop block feet. Plus, its back cushions are removable, so it’s easy to vacuum up those inevitable crumbs. I had an oversized armchair at my first house and sold it when I moved into an apartment for the next 9 years. I missed it so much that when I moved into my new house, I immediately went on the hunt for a new one. I wanted the Emilio line that matched my ottoman and couch, but they didn’t have it in the matching color, Conversation Capri (light green) at the time. I loved that I could mix and match and found the Ann version that was the same width as my ottoman. Perfect fit! This is my new favorite spot in the living room, it can fit an adult and child, but I don’t plan on sharing! My mother sat down in it and decided that was her spot too. It’s stiffer than the Emilio line, but still quite comfortable. If you plan on using this chair to relax in, I recommend a 49″ ottoman to go along with it. So happy with the purchase, it’s well constructed and the delivery guys were great.
