This barn door looks great! The smoky grey is a very versatile finish. We used this for a doorway between the living room and kitchen and there are different woods in the living room (mostly black/chocolate but also a cherry oak pool table) and this finish works well in the space. Good quality wood (there are some knots here and there where some of the wood came off but that’s to be expected and I think it looks more natural and rustic). The shipping was faster than the ETA. A hardware piece was missing from the box but after calling wayfair the replacement came a few days later so overall a smooth experience. My handy brother put it together pretty quickly. Very happy with how this turned out!

Has been a great project thus far. Just a heads up, need clamps to put together. Besides that easy assembly and great look, is as shown, comments that I read stating its a different color than pictures, it is as shown in picture.

Just a note: the plastic piece to hold the door from fanning out away from the wall.
My husband made a beautiful one out of wood that matched perfectly and it is so much more sturdy.
