Everything feels sturdy, and my husband and I have each sat with with daughter in the seat for storytime with no issues. My daughter is about 1.5 years old and can’t get into the seat herself yet or reach the top tier of books, but she can reach the bottom two tiers of books and all the cubbies. This has been such a welcome addition to our playroom!
