Arrived well packaged, and it looks exactly as pictured on the website. I was worried it might be too small, but there is room for 3 pairs of shoes per shelf. Boots or any taller shoes could only go on the top shelf. My one issue is that it was one bolt short, so the top shelf currently has only 3 bolts in it. Other than that, it was very easy to assemble, and I am happy with my purchase.
