I was pleasantly surprised by these.I used them to light up a garland that hung above my fireplace.The little lights were very bright and looked great.I think in a larger garland like the one I have I will probably buy a second string for more of a “lighted” effect. I was able to hide the batter box easily behind the garland. I will say, the only drawback is that if you do not turn them off (the battery box was in an awkward place for me to reach in and turn it on and off) the batteries only last for about 2-3 weeks.Not the fault of the garland but something to be aware of when you’re putting the battery box somewhere.

I had just remodeled my bathroom and it needed something to really
make the space pop, so I bought battery powered string lights to
go around the whole window. When I have company I turn them on
and it makes the room look magical with the soft lighting. I hid the
small battery pack behind the blinds which works great. Love them!
