I purchased this base in September 2019. I didn’t finish my shower project until February 2021. Clearly the warranty had expired. I contacted the manufacturer because I realized the drain cover did not fit. Woodbridge was very quick to respond and I now have a completed shower! Kai was so nice and helpful I would certainly do business with them again.
