I wanted to wait to write this review until I had my couch for a few months to see just how well made it was. This couch completely exceeded my expectations. It is by far one of the nicest pieces of furniture ive ever owned. The order came within one month (two months early) and the in room delivery was completely worth it. The delivery team was very communicative and fast. I got the Tina oyster color and it’s a beautiful light beige color and the texture is a nice soft velvet. I definitely recommend getting color swatches before ordering as the pictures can be deceiving and the textures differ quite a lot depending on what fabric you get. Some have complained how the couch can lose shape. If you fluff the pillows and turn them over every now and then, it’s not a problem. This couch is super squishy though so if you want something more firm, this isn’t for you. It truly envelopes you and you can completely sink into it. I am sooo happy with my purchase! Worth every penny.

Sunbrella Canvas Flax Fabric
After reading all 55 reviews of the Madison 84 sofa, and looking at many other ones that Wayfair has to offer, I decided the Madison would be my choice above all others.
5 stars + is my review rating for this sofa.
First of all, the sofa was easy to order and John D. Was an awesome rep. Very personable, knowledgeable, and has a pleasant manner.
Delivery exceeded my expectations when the sofa arrived in 18 days of what I thought would be several months.
What a delight the delivery men were, Brian and Demon’, very professional and courteous teamwork despite having to get the 42” wide sofa through a 36” entrance door. These guys get 5 stars also.
I also compliment the upholstering crew for their well constructed and detailed piece of work.
I hesitated at first on choosing the Sunbrella Fabric because of it’s use in outside furniture but highly recommend ordering swatches before making a final decision.
The Sunbrella is soft and appears very durable, our Malti Shih loves the sofa already.
Finally, I was planning to wait until I have had the sofa for several months but am so pleased with it I couldn’t wait to share my thoughts with others.

I went with my gut and ended up purchasing the bayou blend i believe. It was exactly what I was looking for, a dupe of the “valyou” brand cloud couch for a fraction of the price. this purchase was great. The delivery was great, it arrived 1-2 months before expected which was amazing because it was here before Christmas Eve. Aside from that the back of the couch had a tiny bit of dirt on it but it wasn’t unbearable considering the back was going to be against the wall. but the fluff/softness on the inside of the sofa was not as soft as I expected however, it wasn’t completely uncomfortable. i’d rate the softness a 5.8 or 6 on a 10 scale. the looks of it were very nice. great purchase.

I adore this sofa. It’s so comfy. Idk what I was thinking buying white, and I detest slip covers,so I bought some white flat sheets to cover it so I can pull them off and wash as needed. The sofa itself is wonderful. The ottoman in the pic is part of my old set, now the dog bed.
Delivery could be improved, communication was very poor on the part of the 3rd party delivery service. Wayfair did their best to help.

Absolutely love love LOVE this couch!!! First of all, made in America…you can’t beat that! It’s beautiful, comfortable, and cozy! The color is conversation capri, which is a light heathers green and it’s absolutely gorgeous! Highly recommend this piece!

This was a perfect purchase. It’s just beautiful and exactly what I ordered. Got it way before the actual delivery date. Very happy. Update : still very nice, but sit on the outside seats… middle sinks easily

Couch is extremely comfortable , pillows on heavy side (as for the down in it )I bought it color unseen and didn’t match the 2 chairs on side (for anyone wondering if these wayfair chairs match they do not)but it is what it is .. can’t return .

Beautiful couches. Beautiful quality. They fluff so easily. I just slam the cushions oon the floor and it levels them out. These couches get USED and they still look beautiful. Stains come out easily. I recommend having Folex and a white rag on hand. We also purchased a small upholstery machine just to have on hand. This is the belvin fabric, which is a thick linen like material. It is an off white color. See photo. I wished people had posted closer ups to see the fabric. I blindly chose this one but I’m so happy I did.
Customer service was great as they always are in my experience on Wayfair. One couch was stained, they offered to fix or replace it, I opted for a discount since we have the folex and upholstery machine and the end would face the wall anyways. The second couch had an open seem, they offered the same, I opted for a replacement. They took care of it all, no problem.
Prepare to wait for these. They are made to order so they take over a month to arrive. Well worth the wait. This price is unbeatable for this quality.
