Mahogany Tapered Custom Spa Cover

Purchased the 84×846” radius .
Pro Fit perfectly . My radius measured was 5 12” i chose to round up vs down and everything fit perfectly.
Creates a seal around your tub. When I opened lid I heardfelt a suction, and my tub set at 98 resting was 101 when i took the lid off. Really keeps in the heat .
Pro Wayfair Delivery team was earlier than expected , in wayfair uniform , courteous, spoke fluent english and we gave them a nice tip and few bottles of water to goThey even stuck around while we unboxed but told us if we wanted to exchange etc to call customer service .

Con If you size down, the skirt won’t cover the edges. the skirt is 3-4” not five .
Con Not sure how long this will last . It’s construction as you can see by the photos is shoddy at best with all the wrinkles. Another reviewer complained about the wrinkles also .Whomever is sewing these does not know how to sewstretch corners and the factory doesn’t have a corner stretcher
Con No vapor barrier .My old lid had a thick blue plastic vapor barrier around the styrofoam. You can see the white styrofoam through the tiny dime sized drainage holes .
Con Two dime sizecut out drainage holes in the lid -cut out no grommets .Our lid didn’t take any water on yesterday , however the water level was low due to my husband accidentally cannonballing into the tub when we were swapping old lids.
UpdateApprox 1 year later , had one issue with a little black mildew around the two interior water outlets used spa cleaner and never saw them again. Holds the heat in perfectly and doesn’t allow rain, we also have an extra soft cover (also on wayfair around 65) and that combination i believe helps keep our heat in, rain out and electric bill affordable .

Fits tub great. Just what we hoped for. Not sure how it will hold up for, but it was good price and came really quickly. Only 2 weeks after we ordered!

So far so good with this hot tub cover, looks like great quality at a good price. If I re-wrap the Styrofoam inside with shrink wrap, and spray the outside with a UV protector every year , it should last 10 years!

One of the cover panel has a cut. I spoke with the manufacturer and they indicated how to patch the cut with tape from the inside. Beside the small cut, the product is in excellent condition.
