I was surprised to find these pans and happy to have found Wayfair during my search.I’ve stopped using non-stick cookware and it’s hard to find specialty pans without the non-stick feature.These pans are exactly as described, except a bit heavier than I expected.They are a nice weight, not the flimsy pans I thought I’d have to settle for.I made my first batch of Madeleines yesterday andI couldn’t be happier with this product.
Pros: Great value…. They have holes at one side of the pan for hanging, a great feature since I hang my pans.
