Description

A sturdy stainless steel blade will help you ice a cake, cut pastries, transfer herbs and garlic to your pan, and cut and serve brownies and batch bakes. The pastry cutter evenly divides bread dough, shortbread cookies, and cinnamon rolls. Featuring a tapered and offset blade, you’ll be able to easily get under the dough as well as cut and serve baked goods. Tapered blade edge makes it easy to scrape up bits of ingredients off your bench. The bench scraper blade also slides under the pastry and bread dough, sheet cake, biscuits, and scones. Ruler printed on the edge of the bench scraper for more precise cooking. With both inch and centimeter markings, you can ensure your cookies, meatballs, ravioli and all other cooking endeavors are perfectly proportioned. The ergonomic handle ensures the baking accessory is comfortable to use. The slightly curved handle fits into the contours of your hand, and the thumb divot gives you extra leverage for more precise baking. Measurement guide printed on a blade for portioning.

I made my Christmas cookies today. I used this for separating the dough as well as scraping the dough off the counter. I also used it to scrape off all of the frosting that got stuck to the counter. An excellent tool.

This is a Professional quality scraper, heavy and strong with a shaped grip easy to hold. Works great to gather and scoop up chopped veggies. The blade is tapered to get under them or dough or baked goods.

I love my handy scraper. Not only for making sour dough – bread I can get all the sticky caramel and candy off my counters and bread boards quick and easy use.My scraper never scratches any of my surfaces. This scraper is very sturdy and durable. I also like that it has measurements guide on the blade. The handle allows for good handle of the scraper as well. I am not a big baker but have wanted to get into it more and having this scraper will put me one step closer to becoming a master baker (jk) haha!

Such a well made, handy addition to our kitchen. My daughter recently started baking sourdough bread. She loves this dough divider, easily able to divide her recipe to smaller loaves.
It’s offset, so it is also really handy when serving up homemade brownies from the pan.

I wish I had this at Christmas! Such a handy tool that every kitchen should have one. I used it over the weekend for biscuit dough on top of a pot pie. Cut easily and didn’t stick. It would be great for lifting those cut out cookies off the board without mangling them.

This a very useful kitchen gadget. We don’t have granite so it can be hard to scrape dough off the counters. This works well and is comfortable to use. It doesn’t scratch anything but just gets the dough. Nice that it goes in the dishwasher also.

I did not think that this would be any different. Boy was I wrong, the offset of grip makes a huge difference. I no longer get my fingernails full of pastry. It cuts almost as good as my knives. It will be a great addition to my kitchen gadgers.
