Much better quality than expected. This is the greywash version that looks like a muted greybrown oak. The finish is much nicer than a cheap laminate. I ordered it for a laptop desk, but it accommodates my 27 inch mac too.

When I started looking for a desk for my cramped room, a ladder desk wasn’t even being considered. However, this one stood out among all desks I could find (from multiple sites, even stores!) as one of the more practicle-yet-stylish choices, especially when the price is taken into account.
I have a small space to work with, and this desk fits in perfectly! The ladder style gives me, a 6ft tall dude, the perfect balance of comfort and space management. The shelving offered a home for things that essentially floated around before, making my small room all the more roomy.
The style is simple, yet smart. The build takes a bit more time than standard flat-pack furniture, but that’s because stability was in mind…It’s a very sturdy desk! Truly, this desk feels like the completion of my space. Very satisfied all around.

A great space saving desk! It was difficult to assemble but I figured it out by myself in about an hour (though I ended up with a lot of spare pieces…). It’s sturdy on its own without being mounted to the wall.

I love this. I bought it in the grey color way, and all I have to say is that it feels nice to have my own space again. Its sturdy and was easy to put together (Im a small woman, 57 and 110 pounds) and im able to move this around just fine. The only complaint I may have is that if you have a beefy monitor and monitor stand, it may not fit very well on the back cubby of the desk. Its rather thin. Check measurements to be sure the width will work for you!
