It is exactly what you would expect for the money paid. I found the directions to be perfectly sufficient and in line with all of the other furniture I have assembled myself. I left the paper towel roll and towel rack off of the ends because I did not want the additional length in my space. It did not affect the rest of the construction which was good.Drawersand cabinet doors lined up nicely.

Very impressed. You keep your fingers crossed that what you see is what you get. I got exactly what I saw! My daughter put it together for me. Instructions were easy to understand. Sturdy and love the look. I switched the racks due to lack of space for the spot it is in. The top also has a section that folds down. When raised it gives you extra working space. This is exactly what I was looking for!

 I love this kitchen island it is just the right size is perfect in our small kitchen. Also I love the extended solid wood top that I can put up or down to use as extra space it’s very accommodating. The one thing I think that needs improvement on the clarity of the instructions.
