Well made. I appreciate the drawstring cord at the bottom, especially. Totally covers my round, metal fire pit (also purchased from Wayfair).
You should definitely cover your metal wood-burning fire pit—if not, it WILL rust. Also, rainwater tends to collect in the bottom of the basin, if left uncovered. This will rot any wood stored inside, and stagnant rainwater can host mosquito larvae.
So definitely try to purchase a cover for your outdoor metal fire pit. I also like that it’s black and won’t show dirt, rust or rainwater discoloration. It’s a very decent fire pit cover. And if I remember, it was one of the less expensive ones. Recommend.

Sturdy waterproof cover, does the job! Beware, if your fire pit is shaped like ours the middle of it will become a giant puddle that will freeze in the winter.Now I’m on the hunt for a metal cover of some sort to put underneathto prevent the caving in.But this will be our go to winter cover, I think it will hold up nicely.

I needed to order this heavier cover to replace the one that came with my firepit since it was too lightweight. This one stays on much better and stays in place without drooping when it rains! Nice material and good drawstring!
