I love this knife,I can use it when the paring knife is to small to use, and when the chefs knife is to unwieldy to maneuver.I already have the J.A Henckels Forged Premio knife set – which comes with a 5 Serrated Utility knife, but it has the smaller handle, similar to the paring knife.This 6 Utility knife has the larger handle, which is great for my big hands.
