This review is more for the company’s customer service.This item was a Christmas gift for my husband.Wayfair made every effort to get this item to me before Christmas even though I ordered two days before.I upgraded to two day shipping but was not guaranteed delivery until after theholiday.To my delight, it arrived in time.Unfortunately, my husband was not happy with this item.He didn’t feel it produced enough heat.He is extremely picky.We will be returning it after all that work to get it here in time.I will not hesitate to shop here again.

The rods are not straight.Towel keep falling.Works fine.

It is very narrow. Towels will need to be folded in half to fit. Also is not flat against the wall. But warms up super quick and lasts.Like that is swings so it is closer to shower exit

Overall, a good addition to a rather damp bathroom. Easy to install. Drawbacks: Relatively short cord. Also, the tubing gets pretty hot (untouchably so) which made me nervous initially to leave it on all the time. But if you want your towel to dry cpmpletely, you will have to leave it on for several hpurs. Overall pretty satisfied.
