This fast, roller-applied adhesive bonds to all grade levels, including concrete, well-bonded cementitious underlayments, APA-grade underlayment plywood (untreated), radiant-heated subfloors where temperatures do not exceed 85 degrees F (29 degrees C), ceramic tile, metal, certain epoxy coatings and existing, fully-adhered, non-cushion-backed resilient. One gallon covers 220 to 260 sq. ft., and this adhesive is immediately open to traffic.

Works just like it’s supposed to. The key is to trowel it on with a 1/16th inch notched trowel, and not to apply it too thickly, or it will set earlier in some places than others. And clean up any spills or blobs with a wet cloth right away, before it gets gummy, it’ll be much easier. It worked beautifully (flooring also from Wayfair.) The photo shows it when it was just applied, before it “sets” and gets transparent and gummy. It’s like Elmer’s Glue that stays sticky, if that makes sense.
