This light fixture is absolutely beautiful and well worth the price!We wanted to replace our old outdated porch light but I didn’t see anything that caught our eye until I saw this on Wayfair.
I was naturally drawn to the pineapple motif since the pineapple represents hospitality and a warm welcome.This light fixture absolutely provides a warm welcome with a show-stopping, distinctive look.
It’s so much more beautiful in person than the pictures you see on Wayfair.The top and bottom part of the pineapple are metal with intricate design features and the globe section of the pineapple is multi-faceted.The description says the globe is glass, but it’s so lightweight that we’re not sure it’s actually glass.Regardless, the clear globe refracts light beautifully.The fixture itself is pretty large but we have a tall porch ceiling and it’s appropriate for the space.Even though the specs said it could take (3) 60 watt bulbs, we chose to use (3) 40 watt bulbs to create a softer glow (120 total watts of light is more than enough to light any entryway).Prior to installing it, I washed the glass globe to remove the haze from the packing materials.Be aware that when the globe gets wet, the rubber moldings on each end pull away.We thoroughly dried the moldings and then used Gorilla Glue to attach the moldings to the globe to keep them in place when we got ready to install the fixture.It’s important that the moldings are securely in place to create an airtight seal to keep bugs out.

Love this light and have gotten so many compliments! It puts out a lot of light, well made and makes a beautiful pattern of light on the ceiling. I also thought it to be perfect to have a pineapple at the entrance to our home since the pineapple symbolizes hospitality and friendship.

Great lamp. I was worried it would look flimsy but it is good quality and gives a nice touch to our front porch. Size is perfect. Used warm lightbulbs to give it a cozy feel.
