I got this, for a friend, who is a diehard U of M fan, and has a front deck that is beaten by the summer sun. I picked the beige as it’s more a “Maize” than beige; a definite yellow tone. As it’s March in MI, and we still have snow, it can’t be installed right now. What I see – the fabric seems to be a decent quality with an open weave so the light will still come thru but will be more dappled than brutal, and it comes with all the hardware you need to hang it – which is a big plus!

I got the red 14×14. The red is a beautiful bright red. The stitching seems very durable. The material is thick. I plan to use this under my pergola to block out this Louisiana sun. Size was accurate from corner to corner.
