Tosot Console Dehumidifier

I live on an island and I have a spare room in my home that I rarely use and is mostly my clothes closet and storage. I noticed back in the Spring that there was mold growing in the closet and that was a red flag that I had a moisture problem in that room. I placed the Tosot dehumidifier in the spare room and ran the dehumidifier for a good 24 hours. Because the unit was new I had no idea how fast it would fill the water tank. The unit beeps to let you know that the tank is full and it is shutting down. The first night, the beeping woke me up, so I decided to only run the unit during the hours I am awake. It removed 2 gallons of water from my home in 24 hours! The air smelled much cleaner in my home too. Throughout the week I ran the unit daily for about 4 hours after getting home from work. The unit is very quiet and I almost forget it is running. I was a little surprised that the unit cranks out warm air, but that wasn’t a problem since I knew that it was pulling a lot of moisture out of the air and that was a necessary part of the process.The bottom front portion of the unit pulls straight out and there is a handle to lift the water tank up with ease and empty it wherever you wish. If you live in a smaller space, be aware that this Tosot dehumidifier requires at least 18 inches of space between the unit and anything around it while in use, but the unit is on wheels, so I simply roll it out to a clear space while the unit is running and roll it back away when it is done. The air quality in my home is much better with the dehumidifier. Now when I get home from work I simply turn the Tosot dehumidifier on and set the timer for 2 – 4 hours depending on how humid the air feels. I am so happy to now own this Tosot dehumidifier, it is top notch!

I have tried several dehumidifiers, because I have a premature baby with respiratory

issues, when I saw this particular one I was Impressed, because it has a filter that can be removed and wash, it have drainage removed after the moisture is being removed, it’s energy saver, so you don’t have to worry about long term use. You can set it to turn on and off at a specific time. This is great to have in all houses and apartments.the air in my house is much lighter and easier to breathe

I really like this dehumidifier. Been using it for about a week now and it’s been doing a fantastic job. It’s very easy to set up and use and l love the fact that it lets me know when it’s full and turns itself off. Great feature. The water tank is easy to remove and empty. It rolls on casters for easy movements around house. The readout buttons are also easy to understand. Love this unit!!

Use it for my cold room. This was one that worked in lower temperatures. I’ve only had it at low fan and it is very quiet. As the drip pail is smaller than larger dehumidifiers, I have to change in about 2-3 days but it’s been a humid summer.
