Love it. Sturdy enough for mixing, while flexible enough for scraping and folding. It’s a more narrow spoon with a shallow bowl, so I don’t recommend it for serving (also not suitable for dense, sticky things like cookie dough or Rice Krispie squares).

A solid choice to scrape scrambled eggs, bread/cake batter or other food from a mixing bowl. Sturdy and easy to clean. Not a deep spoon, but that was not what I was looking for. Basically replaces the wooden spoon that so many cooks have used in the past.
