The best purchase ever !! This sofa is excellent. I want to buy another one . The darker blueish grey is so beautiful and hides dirt . The seating is firm yet comfortable. It won’t swallow you in like most sofas .

Great sofa overall. It comes in a heavy package but installation was a breeze (just attach the sides). The cushions are a little firm so you’ll want to have a topper for extended sleep, but very good to just lounge on or have a quick nap. The pop out section of the “mattress” is a tad smaller to accommodate the transformation, but you’ll barely notice it.

I love the couch but was very disappointed I didn’t get the light gray that I ordered. When they dropped it off I even questioned it and he said yes. But when my husband n I got it out of box it was the dark gray. Sure glad I didn’t buy a recliner right away. They have to make sure what you ordered is right. Very disappointed!

I love this little couch. It’s perfect for my spare room.I realized you don’t have to put the couch arms on so it makes it even more like a bed that folds into a couch.As others have said it’s very firm but a pillow top cover fixes that.

Delivery was early.Drivers were professional and assembled the sofa very quickly.I paid for the extra assembly not knowing what the assembly entailed, but the main part of the sofa is already assembled.The only parts that needed to be put on the sofa were the arms. Sofa and bed are sturdy and comfortable.Definitely recommend if you need a couch with a sleeper.I also bought a pillow top (recommended by another reviewer) and now it’s extra fluffy!

This is a great convertible couch for my office. It is firm for sitting and easy to get up from. Very simple to convert to a lounger or bed plus very comfortable. The delivery men had no problem getting it into my office and put it together in minutes. The accent trim is tan not white and looks great. Solidly built. Everything you would expect from a Serta product. I’m very pleased with the couch, it exceeded my expectation. Fair price as well.
