This dinnerware set is classic. It’s simple yet has a touch of elegance that works well for holiday parties. When I bought the first 2 sets, there was a chip in one of the bowls. So I let Wayfair know and sent in some pics. This is why I will go Wayfair every time. Not only was reporting the issue so easy through the app, they responded the next morning saying a replacement was on the way. Well it wasn’t just a replacement bowl, they sent me an entire set! Which makes sense that they can’t break up a full set. The only thing I think I need to say is that the description may say mugs are included with this set but there’s not. Which was fine with me, I don’t need that many mugs. Highly recommend and thanks Wayfair for exceptional service!

I called Wayfair and it was addressed immediately and a new set was sent to replace the damaged items. Very pleased with Wayfair and it’s customer service.
