My favorite cooking utensil so far! I’ve used most every day for two weeks and love how evenly it cooks, how truthful the “non-stick” claim is, and how easy it has been to clean. I am doing my part to keep it this way by avoiding metal utensils with it and washing it right away.

I was looking forward for the GreenPan Lima Ceramic Non Stick Griddle. Used it for the first time and, fortunately exceeded our expectations. Very high quality item, and easy to clean.

I love love love this pan.It’s the BEST pan for making quesadillas and French toast.Since it is thinner than most frying pans, food cooks faster. I do find that when I make eggs on it, I need to grease it.I use it so often I’m buying a second one.

I LOVE that this is a non-toxic pan. The only drawback is you have to be careful not to let it get too hot or it will ruin the pan. But it’s nice to know if it does get too hot, it won’t be releasing toxins into the air. Cooks nicely if you’re careful and patient with the heat!
