Third time ordering this scale because the first two came completely shattered. Asked if they could package it differently and they told me they will. Got the package today, it was packaged exactly same as the last two but for whatever reason the scale survived and came in one piece. Other than the fact I had to wait this long to finally get it in one piece Im happy with this purchase. Got it in white and love everything about it.
