Absolutely a must have. Cleans up well and cooks evenly. I hand wash, wouldn’t recommend the dishwasher, it can discolor your pan.

Beautiful pan. High quality.One of the two was dented during delivery, which somehow got confused.Initially sent to wrong city in the state, but eventually got here. They are wonderful pans. Well worth the money, and the dent adds character. Does not detract from its functioning.
