Have had this for 3 weeks and am very pleased so far. Considering I went to this from a builder’s grade faucet, I love the spray features and the power boost is more useful than I thought it’d be. I did find it a little silly that the coined “Reflect Technology” is merely a weight that you attach to the hose under the sink, which causes the hose to retract back into the faucet by gravity. But hey, it has worked so far so can’t complain.

Just finished installing this myself in about an hour. This faucet body is well-built with heavy gauge metal construction. The spray head however, is of plastic construction with a thin gauge metal outer shell. I can imagine that it would be easily dented if bumped against a pot rim. It functions just fine though. The faucet comes with a wrench extension that makes the installation process very easy- the only tools needed are an adjustable wrench and a small screwdriver. I bought this faucet to replace a 10-yr old Elkay faucet that cost twice as much but failed due to the cartridge retainer getting distorted from mineral buildup. It looked great but ultimately a faucet is only as good as its mechanism. Overall, this Moen is a great value for the money.
