This low-maintenance holly has a mounded growth habit that will mature to 2 feet tall by 4 feet wide. The colorful golden leaves of this bush will bring great texture and color to your garden or landscape. You can use a touch of gold holly as an accent, border, low hedge, mass planting, and in rock gardens. This Holly shrub is hardy in USDA Zones 6-9. In zone 5 and below, gardeners should utilize planters/containers that can be moved indoors during the winter. In spring, feed your plant with a slow-release acidic fertilizer to keep your bush well-fed and vibrant. This item includes one touch of gold holly ‘ilex’ (live plant) in a plastic pot with soil. The pot is wrapped in a polybag to retain moisture and hold any soil that shakes loose in shipping. The plant is shipped in a sturdy cardboard box to ensure safe delivery.
